Yes! A common practice in the princess party industry is to hire models solely for photoshoots or use photos of cast members who no longer work for the company for the website. Some even rent costumes or wigs just for photos. The effect is that those pictures you see online aren't who will actually portray your character! We are so proud to only use photos of current cast members in OUR costumes and wigs, so that you know exactly who will attend your party!

 We do really sing, in fact, we're known for being the only company in Saint Louis that sings live at every event! Many companies say they're singers but actually just lip-sync or sing along to the songs. We sing solely with instrumental music. This is why it's so important to us that we only hire the best singers in Saint Louis. A few of our former cast members have even gone on to perform on Broadway!  

Step one is to reach out to us with your party details so that we can check your character's availability. Once we have confirmed availability with you we will send out booking instructions. We require a deposit and the information in our booking instructions to be filled out, once done you will be officially booked!

We don't charge a rescheduling fee! We know that life can always throw something unexpected your way. In the event of inclement weather, illness, or any other problem we are happy to reschedule your event so that everyone stays safe, healthy, and happy! 

We do corporate events frequently and have worked with various business such as the Saint Louis Zoo, the Muny, and many more! Please feel free to reach out to us about corporate  pricing and how we can make your next event special!  

Absolutely! We can take your request for a specific performer even if you don't know their name! Simply send us a picture of the performer or tell us where you saw them and we'll be happy to fulfill your request!

Feel free to contact us even if you don't see the character you're looking for. We may be able to acquire the character you want or point you to another company that has it already!

We always leave the option of whether to tip or not up to you! Our performers always appreciate it, but never expect it!

We love to travel all around Missouri and Illinois! That being said, events more then 25 miles away from our location will be charged a travel fee. This travel fee is dependent on the distance traveled and the amount of characters requested. 

We accept bookings for weekends and weekdays as long as we have performers available! However, our booking office does close on weekends as we complete our weekend events.

We take performer safety very seriously and always send our performers in teams of two. If we have a booking with one character we will also send a party assistant to help run games and direct children. The party assitant can be replaced with another character if you prefer!
